Hiring: Engineering Lead - Web, Mobile & AI/ML Development

Location: Bhubaneswar (Onsite)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to drive end-to-end development of web, mobile, and AI-powered applications. The role requires a balance of hands-on coding, AI/ML integration, team leadership, project analysis, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development and architecture for web, mobile, and AI/ML-based applications

Work hands-on with PHP (Laravel), , Python, and AI/ML frameworks

Design and integrate AI/ML models into production systems (recommendation systems, NLP, predictive analytics, etc.)

Analyze requirements and prepare project scope, proposals, and estimations

Manage deployment on AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, GoDaddy, including ML model deployment pipelines

Lead and mentor the development team; ensure timely delivery

Communicate with international clients and handle technical discussions

Required Skills

Strong experience in Laravel, , and Python

Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn

Experience with data processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment

Knowledge of cloud hosting, server management, and deployment (including ML workloads)

Experience in project estimation and documentation

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Good English communication for client interaction

Preferred

Experience in scalable architecture, MLOps, and DevOps practices

Exposure to mobile app development

Familiarity with Generative AI, LLM APIs, or AI-driven product features
