tender & department standard specification/manual study and maintain all updates.

• keep updates all sor and is

• update all list prices and technical catalogues

• prepare deviation sheet and submit to clients

• flot inquiries to vendors

• prepare comparison check , if any deviation from vendors also check , need to verify the terms of payment before tender price bid submission

• check tender drawings and devotions with specifications

• prepare barchart

• prepare work orders for material and labours.

• prepare comparison statement with final rates of vendors with suitable payment terms

• conduct factory/site inspection before dispatch clearance and or final payment

• attend technical, marketing seminar of new products as well as existing products.

• educate site supervisor, engineer with tender specification, drawings, barchart and boq

• material re-conciliation at the time of indent, material indent approval

• prepare ra for extra items & get it approved from department.
