B.E Freshers For Electrical Engineer

key responsibilities:

- operate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, transformers, vfds, and control systems in the tmt plant.

- support installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.

- monitor and maintain power distribution systems (ht/lt) to ensure minimum downtime.

- carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical machinery.

- work on plc, scada, and automation systems for rolling mill and ccm sections (training will be given if fresher).

- coordinate with production and mechanical teams for smooth plant operations.

- maintain documentation for maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and spare parts usage.

- ensure compliance with electrical safety practices and plant safety protocols.

- contribute to continuous improvement and energy-saving initiatives.

required skills & competencies:

- strong knowledge of electrical machines, power systems, and control circuits.

- basic understanding of industrial automation (plc, scada, drives) - preferred.

- troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- good teamwork and communication skills.

- willingness to work in shift operations and handle shop-floor challenges.

qualifications:

- fresher: diploma / . / in electrical engineering

- experienced: 1-5 years in steel/tmt/rolling mill industry; exposure to ccm, furnace, or rolling mill electrical systems will be an added advantage.

key advantages (preferred exposure):

- knowledge of ht/lt switchgear, transformers, and power distribution.

- experience in electrical maintenance of rolling mill, furnace, and ccm equipment.

- candidates from urban areas within 20 km radius of sinnar are strongly preferred.
