B.E Freshers For Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

�� Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, transformers, VFDs, and control systems in the TMT plant.

�� Support installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.

�� Monitor and maintain power distribution systems (HT/LT) to ensure minimum downtime.

�� Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical machinery.

�� Work on PLC, SCADA, and automation systems for rolling mill and CCM sections (training will be given if fresher).

�� Coordinate with production and mechanical teams for smooth plant operations.

�� Maintain documentation for maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and spare parts usage.

�� Ensure compliance with electrical safety practices and plant safety protocols.

�� Contribute to continuous improvement and energy-saving initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies:

�� Strong knowledge of electrical machines, power systems, and control circuits.

�� Basic understanding of industrial automation (PLC, SCADA, drives) �� preferred.

�� Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

�� Good teamwork and communication skills.

�� Willingness to work in shift operations and handle shop-floor challenges.

Qualifications:

�� Fresher: Diploma / . / in Electrical Engineering

�� Experienced: 1-5 years in steel/TMT/rolling mill industry; exposure to CCM, Furnace, or Rolling Mill electrical systems will be an added advantage.

Key Advantages (Preferred Exposure):

�� Knowledge of HT/LT switchgear, transformers, and power distribution.

�� Experience in electrical maintenance of rolling mill, furnace, and CCM equipment.

�� Candidates from urban areas within 20 km radius of Sinnar are strongly preferred.
