B.E Freshers For Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, transformers, VFDs, and control systems in the TMT plant.

- Support installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.

- Monitor and maintain power distribution systems (HT/LT) to ensure minimum downtime.

- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical machinery.

- Work on PLC, SCADA, and automation systems for rolling mill and CCM sections (training will be given if fresher).

- Coordinate with production and mechanical teams for smooth plant operations.

- Maintain documentation for maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and spare parts usage.

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety practices and plant safety protocols.

- Contribute to continuous improvement and energy-saving initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of electrical machines, power systems, and control circuits.

- Basic understanding of industrial automation (PLC, SCADA, drives) - preferred.

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good teamwork and communication skills.

- Willingness to work in shift operations and handle shop-floor challenges.

Qualifications:

- Fresher: Diploma / . / in Electrical Engineering

- Experienced: 1-5 years in steel/TMT/rolling mill industry; exposure to CCM, Furnace, or Rolling Mill electrical systems will be an added advantage.

Key Advantages (Preferred Exposure):

- Knowledge of HT/LT switchgear, transformers, and power distribution.

- Experience in electrical maintenance of rolling mill, furnace, and CCM equipment.

- Candidates from urban areas within 20 km radius of Sinnar are strongly preferred.
