key responsibilities:

�� operate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, transformers, vfds, and control systems in the tmt plant.

�� support installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.

�� monitor and maintain power distribution systems (ht/lt) to ensure minimum downtime.

�� carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical machinery.

�� work on plc, scada, and automation systems for rolling mill and ccm sections (training will be given if fresher).

�� coordinate with production and mechanical teams for smooth plant operations.

�� maintain documentation for maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and spare parts usage.

�� ensure compliance with electrical safety practices and plant safety protocols.

�� contribute to continuous improvement and energy-saving initiatives.

required skills & competencies:

�� strong knowledge of electrical machines, power systems, and control circuits.

�� basic understanding of industrial automation (plc, scada, drives) �� preferred.

�� troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

�� good teamwork and communication skills.

�� willingness to work in shift operations and handle shop-floor challenges.

qualifications:

�� fresher: diploma / . / in electrical engineering

�� experienced: 1-5 years in steel/tmt/rolling mill industry; exposure to ccm, furnace, or rolling mill electrical systems will be an added advantage.

key advantages (preferred exposure):

�� knowledge of ht/lt switchgear, transformers, and power distribution.

�� experience in electrical maintenance of rolling mill, furnace, and ccm equipment.

�� candidates from urban areas within 20 km radius of sinnar are strongly preferred.
