Electrical Automation Engineer

As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining PLC-based automation systems for industrial processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' requirements and exceed industry standards. This role requires a deep understanding of PLC programming, industrial communication protocols, and control system design principles.

Role & Responsibility:

· Design and develop PLC-based control systems for various industrial applications, including process control, motion control, and machine automation.

· Meeting with clients to discuss their automation needs.

· Program PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) using languages such as ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagram, ensuring robust and efficient operation.

· Integrate PLC systems with other automation components, such as HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, and industrial networks.

· Collaborate with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers to define system requirements, develop specifications, and execute projects within budget and schedule constraints.

· Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of PLC systems to ensure functionality, performance, and safety compliance.

· Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and conducting training sessions.

· Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in PLC programming, automation, and industrial control systems.

· Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in EC, IC, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.

· Minimum of 4 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation, with a focus on PLC-based control system design and implement
