Knowledge Of Electrical Automation Engineer

As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining PLC-based automation systems for industrial processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet our clients' requirements and exceed industry standards. This role requires a deep understanding of PLC programming, industrial communication protocols, and control system design principles.Role & Responsibility: Design and develop PLC-based control systems for various industrial applications, including process control, motion control, and machine automation. Meeting with clients to discuss their automation needs. Program PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) using languages such as ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagram, ensuring robust and efficient operation. Integrate PLC systems with other automation components, such as HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, and industrial networks. Collaborate with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers to define system requirements, develop specifications, and execute projects within budget and schedule constraints. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of PLC systems to ensure functionality, performance, and safety compliance. Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and conducting training sessions. Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in PLC programming, automation, and industrial control systems. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in EC, IC, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
