Responsibilities:-
· Counselling & converting inquiries into admissions.
· Responsible for making calls (Inbound and Outbound)
· Follow up with the Leads via emails, phone, WhatsApp, and similar sources
· Responsible for achieving targets
· Cold calling
· Regular follow-ups
· Follow Systems processes and procedures as per the set criteria
Skills:-
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
· Min. 1 yr of counselling experience in professional education
· Excellent spoken & written communication skills (English proficiency).
· Sales oriented and target driven attitude
· Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow
· Team player and maintain a good relationship with the entire ecosystem
