Counselor is the one who take the responsibility of student walk in, Conversion, Guiding the University’s, Conducting the Mock interviews to the students, and maintaining the data .
Responsibility Deliverable
• Counseling students- walk ins /phone
• Conversions
• Suggesting universities according to the profile
• Visas mocks
• Maintaining data – walk ins / Prospective / registered students list
Tasks & Activities
• Calling New Leads
• Counseling students- walk-ins or phone
• Follow up the walk ins /prospective leads
• Converting- walk-ins or prospective leads to registrations
• Maintaining Data- Walk-ins / prospective/ registered list
• Researching the Universities for programs, deadlines, application fees, tuition fees.
• Short listing of Universities
• Sharing the course links to the students and short listing the courses.
• Research and learning about universities, courses, scholarships, etc. and through training provided by the company/team manager
• Collecting the required documents for the processing
• Informing the student for the missing documents
• Coordinating with the backend team for the smooth process
• Updating the students about the applied University status
• Explaining the required financials requirements
• Visa mocks
• Improving on the feedback or the review given by the team manager or from the company
• Maintaining Daily report and sending them to the team manager regularly on Daily basis
• Student engagement in the form of status, updates, news, webinars, broadcasts, memes etc.
• Achieving weekly, monthly and intake wise targets
• Reporting to the Team Manager
