ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Here are the key expectations from the role:
1. Identify the right set of channel partners for listing and sell-out of the range of products
2. Build relationships across top ecommerce portals with category and marketing teams
3. Plan and run campaigns to increase sell-outs from the portals
4. Develop an understanding of the product range. Identify price gaps and assist product team in building a
solid range of coffee gear and merchandise
5. Take responsibility for building an aggressive ecommerce business plan and lead in delivering it
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Look from Start-up/ECommerce experience from FMCG
MBA (Marketing, Full time)
Experience of min. 10 years overall and min. 8 years in a sales role
PREFERRED SKILLS
Strong Presentation & Communication skills
Strong at People Management, Leadership, Negotiation
Self-starter, Bias for Action, Strategic & Analytical Thinking
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Previous experience with MNCs, especially in the consumer durable space or FMCG is desirable
