We are seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Jr. Executive Fresher€™s to join our team in Howrah. This full-time, junior-level position Selected fresher€™s day-to-day responsibilities include work online platforms.

About The Freshership:

As a E-Commerce Jr. Executive at Minu Fashions, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with a vibrant and fast-growing fashion brand. You will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and driving sales through various digital marketing strategies. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in social media marketing, Canva graphic design, video editing, Shopify platform management, search engine optimization (SEO), Google Analytics analysis, and operations.

Qualifications And Skills

€¢ Microsoft Excel Tasks: Organize product data, track content performance, and assist in report creation. Should know Excel for data and report generation to support business and reporting work.

€¢ Have to managing product listings and optimizing .

€¢ Learn from seniors in managing and expanding e-commerce business on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Mesho, ensuring product visibility and sales maximization.

€¢ Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with different departments and understanding. Good interpersonal, Analytical skills.

€¢ Good Communication skills - verbal and written.

€¢ Operational Excellence and Problem Solving.

Roles And Responsibilities

€¢ Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms, including product listings and promotional strategies.

€¢ Hands-on experience in social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to drive traffic to marketplace stores to boost visibility and sales. (Guidance Given by Seniors)

€¢ Develop time and action calendars with processes and procedures to ensure actions are successfully completed.

€¢ Generate regular reports on ecommerce performance and make suggestions for improvement. Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

€¢ Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.

€¢ Coordinate with various internal teams like Sourcing, eCommerce, Marketing, and Warehouse teams. Work closely with the team to generate fresh ideas for branding and marketing.

€¢ Work closely with team, Copywriting & Captions: Write compelling captions, product descriptions, and social media content.

€¢ Engagement Monitoring: Track social media engagement and respond to comments/messages as needed. Monitor and report on e-commerce KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

€¢ Understanding of E-Commerce platforms, tools and technologies including online marketplaces, order management systems. (Guidance Given by Seniors)
