Ecommerce Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Ecommerce Assistant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing our online store and ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce business. This is a home-based position with the candidate acting as our representative in India.

Responsibilities:

Manage our online store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management

Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to online purchases

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, order tracking, and record keeping

Analyze e-commerce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Collaborate with the team to develop and implement e-commerce promotions and campaigns

Represent our company in India and communicate with local suppliers and vendors as needed

Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices to ensure optimal platform performance

Requirements:

Fluent in English

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs

Friendly and responsible personality

Stable internet connection and access to a reliable computer

Ability to perform administrative tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail

Willingness to represent our company in India and communicate with local suppliers and vendors

Previous experience in e-commerce operations is a plus
