*Role Overview*

Partner with the Managing Director of an e-commerce business to provide high-level administrative support and hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations. This role blends traditional EA duties with sector-specific responsibilities€”ensuring efficient MD scheduling while also supporting product listing, marketing campaigns, and performance analysis.

Core Responsibilities

Executive Support

€¢ Manage MD€™s calendar, schedule internal/external meetings, resolve conflicts, and optimize time blocks.

€¢ Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, visa logistics, and detailed itineraries.

E-commerce Operations

€¢ Assist with product listings, including uploading new items, updating descriptions, pricing, and monitoring competitor activity.

Qualifications & Experience
