Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager & Growth Specialist to manage and grow our online sales for sports goods and equipment. The role will focus on driving revenue across our website and online marketplaces while strengthening brand presence in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms including company website and marketplaces.
Drive online sales growth through pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns for sports products
Oversee product listings, content, images, specifications, and category placement
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely fulfillment
Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives including performance marketing, SEO, email marketing, and marketplace ads
Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Manage seasonal launches, new product introductions, and sports-specific campaigns
Monitor KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, and customer retention
Improve customer experience and handle online customer feedback and reviews
Requirements & Skills
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
37 years of experience in e-commerce or online growth, preferably in sports goods, consumer goods, or manufacturing
Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and D2C platforms
Hands-on experience with digital marketing and analytics tools
Knowledge of inventory planning and supply chain coordination
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in D2C sports or fitness brands
Exposure to export or international e-commerce markets
Passion or understanding of sports and sporting equipment
