Job Responsibility:

Manage paid advertising and reporting/analysis for e-commerce marketplace accounts.

Advertising, and marketing at Amazon Flipkart.

Research and development of new online marketing strategies.

Managing catalogue listing and product uploads on all portals.

Order Management Orders approvals, processing, assigning to vendors & logistic partners, maintaining

order status.

Manage customer returns / exchanges resolve customer concerns/problems to maintain high customer

satisfaction rating.

Having an analytical approach to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting and sales analysis.

Handle any issues that arise.
