Overview:
You will play a pivotal role in optimising our online business operations and delivering exceptional customer service. As an e-commerce executive, youll maintain all our sales touchpoints website, online marketplaces, and aggregators and oversee online sales, manage stock inventories, and optimise the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing and inventory management.
- Enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments, such as marketing, content and customer service.
- Analyse data and generate reports to track e-commerce performance, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and respond to customer queries across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.) in real time.
- Provide accurate, empathetic, and brand-aligned responses to inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams while ensuring timely follow-up with the customer.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
Knowledge about Indian wear is preferred but not required
Strong verbal communications skills
Proficient in computer skills and billing systems
Ecommerce Knowledge and experience is preferred
