Job Description - E-commerce Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels, including Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, order processing, promotions, performance analysis, and ensuring an excellent online shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Operations
Manage daily operations of Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
Ensure smooth order processing and timely fulfillment.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.
Monitor order status, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Product & Catalog Management
Create and update product listings with accurate descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
Optimize product titles, keywords, and content for better search visibility.
Maintain inventory across all online platforms.
Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns.
Sales & Performance Management
Track daily sales performance and revenue.
Monitor marketplace KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to increase conversions.
Manage pricing, discounts, offers, and promotional activities.
Marketplace Management
Maintain seller account health and performance metrics.
Coordinate with marketplace support teams for issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and standards.
Handle product approvals, category updates, and listing corrections.
Digital Marketing Support
Coordinate with the marketing team for online campaigns.
Assist in running marketplace advertisements and promotional activities.
Support SEO optimization for product listings.
Monitor campaign performance and ROI.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Analyze customer behavior and product performance.
Generate MIS reports for management.
Recommend improvements based on data insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in BBA, , BCA, , MBA (Marketing/E-commerce), or any related field.
2-5 years of experience in E-commerce Operations or Online Marketplace Management.
Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, D2C, or Retail is preferred.
