Job Description (JD):

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive who has hands-on experience managing Amazon & Myntra marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day online operations, order processing, product listings, coordination with logistics, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage seller accounts on Amazon & Myntra

Create & optimize product listings (title, description, images, pricing)

Handle order processing, invoicing, returns & refunds

Coordinate with warehouse/logistics partners

Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock-outs

Manage pricing, offers, discounts & promotions

Handle customer queries & escalations via marketplace panels

Track sales reports, performance metrics & dashboards

Ensure compliance with marketplace policies

Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, operations, marketing)

Mandatory Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Myntra Partner Portal

Product listing & catalog management

Order management & inventory control

Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing & returns

MS Excel (VLOOKUP, reports, data tracking)

Good communication & coordination skills

Ability to work with deadlines & targets

Good to Have (Added Advantage):

Knowledge of ads/promotions on Amazon or Myntra

Experience in multiple marketplaces

Understanding of logistics & reverse logistics

Basic understanding of e-commerce analytics

Qualification Required:

Graduate in any stream ( / BBA / / BA preferred)

MBA (E-commerce / Marketing / Operations) Preferred but not mandatory

Practical experience on Amazon & Myntra is more important than degree
