we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented e-commerce intern to support our online business operations. this internship offers hands-on experience in catalog management, order processing, digital marketing, and platform optimization.

key responsibilities:

• assist in listing and updating products on platforms like amazon, flipkart, and shopify

• monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams

• support order processing, returns, and customer queries

• help optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for seo

• collaborate with marketing team on promotions and campaign execution

• generate performance reports using excel or platform dashboards

• research competitor listings and pricing strategies

qualifications:

• pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, or related field

• familiarity with e-commerce platforms and ms excel

• strong written communication skills
