Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to support our online business operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in catalog management, order processing, digital marketing, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in listing and updating products on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams

• Support order processing, returns, and customer queries

• Help optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for SEO

• Collaborate with marketing team on promotions and campaign execution

• Generate performance reports using Excel or platform dashboards

• Research competitor listings and pricing strategies

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and MS Excel

• Strong written communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
