We are looking for a motivated E Commerce Executive to join our team in Lokmat Square. This position is ideal for freshers who have a passion for online retail and a keen interest in the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Listing Management: Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date, which helps attract and retain customers.

- Inventory Monitoring: Regularly check stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

- Order Processing: Handle customer orders by verifying details, processing payments, and ensuring timely dispatch of products, which is critical to maintaining customer trust and loyalty.

- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, products, and delivery, helping maintain a positive shopping experience.

- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for promotions or improvements, enabling the company to stay competitive.
