hiring for a designer for the manufacturing unit of a d2c brand ana, delivering modest ladies garments like abaya, jilbab, kaftan, khimar, namaz makhna, hijab, etc.

qualification:

- nift graduate with significant experience in garments production

- possess a deep understanding of traditional muslim wear

responsibilities:

- understand the demographic need, latest trend and design new abaya as well as other modest wears

- supervise master's pattern making and cutting techniques, in order to reduce fabric left-overs

- train all the tailors to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail

- create and modify patterns to achieve accurate fits and desired designs

- exhibit expertise in various fabrics used, understanding their properties and best practices for handling

- guide alterations and adjustments to achieve the perfect fit for customers.

- provide professional advice and suggestions based on fashion trends and garment suitability.

- conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the final product meets high standards of excellence.

- efficiently manage time to meet deadlines for customer orders and alterations.
