🚨 Digital Marketing Intern (Female Only) - Real Estate Sector 🚨

📍 Location: Sector-135, Noida

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time (On-Site)

💰 Stipend: ‚¹8,000/month for 6-month internship

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Strategy Development

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, SEM and email).

Build campaigns to boost online sales, enhance brand visibility and acquire new customers.

🚀 Campaign Management

Handle end-to-end campaign execution, optimisation and ROI improvements using data-driven insights.

📈 Performance Tracking & Optimisation

Use tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager to track performance.

Regularly analyse metrics, make informed adjustments and report on results.

🤝 Sales and Marketing Integration

Align marketing efforts with sales goals to increase customer acquisition and retention.

Execute SEO, PPC, email and social media campaigns effectively.

📚 Continuous Learning & Innovation

Stay current on trends in digital marketing and e-commerce.

Apply best practices to improve campaign performance.

🗓️ Sales Planning

Create and execute weekly/monthly sales plans including ads and promotions to meet growth targets.

Requirements:

🎓 Education & Experience

Bachelor€™s degree in Marketing or related field

Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus

🛠️ Technical Skills

Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, PPC, Lead Generation
