the duties cover four primary areas: strategy, execution, analysis, and leadership.

1. strategy and planning

develop strategy: formulate comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all platforms (web, social, email, search) to align with overall business objectives and marketing goals.

budget management: manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively across various channels (., google ads, meta ads, content creation).

customer journey mapping: identify target audiences and define the best digital channels and content strategies to engage them through the marketing and sales funnels.

2. execution and management

seo/sem: oversee the strategy and execution of search engine optimization (seo) to improve organic search rankings and search engine marketing (sem)/ppc campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

content & social media: manage the creation and distribution of engaging content (blogs, videos, graphics) and supervise social media strategy across platforms (facebook, instagram, linkedin, etc.).

email marketing: design and execute email campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, a/b testing, and automation, to nurture leads and retain customers.

website management: ensure the website is optimized for performance (speed, responsiveness), seo, and user experience (ux/ui).

3. analytics and reporting

performance tracking: measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (roi and kpis).

tools proficiency: utilize analytics tools like google analytics 4 (ga4), google search console, and platform-specific insights to gain actionable customer and campaign data.

optimization: conduct regular a/b testing and multivariate experiments to continually optimize landing pages, ad copy, and campaign structures for better conversion rates (cro).

4. leadership and collaboration

team leadership: lead, mentor, and motivate the internal digital marketing team or external agency partners.

cross-functional alignment: collaborate closely with the sales, product development, and it teams to ensure brand consistency and seamless customer experience.
