responsibilities

• support our digital marketing team

• assist with social media campaigns

• assist with email campaigns

• assist with search engine optimization (seo)

• produce website and social media content

• complete other administrative tasks as needed

• answering customer queries over social media platforms.

requirements

• sufficient education in the required field.

• the ideal candidate is hard working, organized, with excellent communication and writing skills and detail oriented. proficiency in english is a must.

• familiarity with all the social media platforms

• superior customer service skills

• ability to manage competing priorities and effectively multi-task.

• strong troubleshooting skills, perseverance, and patience.

• aptitude for learning new products and helping others learn as well.
