key responsibilities:
• website development and content management as well as 3rd parties’ websites and other digital platforms of the hotel
• search engine optimization (seo)
• manage and prepare the hotel e-newsletter and its database
• social media management
• digital marketing strategy, establish, develop and implement the hotel’s annual advertising plan for online channels
• analyze the website production, user behaviour, site performance, source of referrals, etc; and act accordingly
• actively check rate parity issues ensuring public rate alignment and protecting the rate integrity of the
• assist in implementing corporate and regional initiatives
• manage and take ownership of projects given by the corporate and regional offices
• attend and actively participate in the hotel's weekly revenue meeting and participate in creating packages and promotions.
