1. Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Online Sales Executive responsible for converting online leads and inquiries received through social media platforms and the company website into successful sales. The candidate will interact with customers, understand their requirements, provide detailed product information, and ensure a smooth buying experience to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
2. Key Responsibilities:
a) Handle customer inquiries received via Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and company website
b) Promptly respond to leads and ensure effective follow-ups to convert them into sales
c) Explain product details such as Design, Purity, Pricing, Offers, and Customization options
d) Build strong relationships with customers and guide them throughout the buying process
e) Maintain regular communication with interested customers to close pending sales
f) Maintain and update customer data, lead status, and follow-up records in Excel
g) Coordinate with warehouse/store team for product availability and dispatch
h) Assist customers with order placement, payment process, and after-sales queries
i) Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions to close sales
3. Additional Responsibilities (Value-Add):
a) Suggest upselling and cross-selling opportunities (., matching Jewellery sets)
b) Share product images, videos, and catalogues effectively to influence buying decisions
c) Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality and customer preferences
d) Stay updated on latest Jewellery trends and competitor offerings
e) Maintain a professional and positive brand image while interacting with customers
f) Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business & referrals
4. Qualifications:
Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)
1-2 years of experience in online sales / inside sales / tele sales (Jewellery or retail industry preferred)
