Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Search Engine Advertising (Google Ads), lead generation, basic designing, and social media management. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to support brand visibility and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads

Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital platforms

Create basic visual creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar

Manage daily posting, engagement, and performance tracking across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Monitor ad performance and website traffic using tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics

Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad copy and visual

Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and tracking

Basic graphic designing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Experience in social media account handling and content scheduling

Knowledge of SEO, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant tools
