Role Overview

Credit Samadhaan is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can build strong digital visibility for our credit score repair and improvement services, generate quality leads, and engage with audiences across multiple digital platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Create digital content to promote Credit Samadhaans services such as credit improvement, financial awareness, and customer support solutions.

Communicate with leads and prospects on social media platforms, WhatsApp and respond to inquiries.

Invite leads to webinars and credit awareness sessions, and follow up for closures

Develop and manage marketing content for social media, website, and digital platforms.

Design, build, and maintain an active presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Google.

Use digital marketing strategies to generate leads and support sales conversions.

Increase brand visibility and create demand for Credit Samadhaans services through consistent digital engagement.

Drive audience engagement through posts, campaigns, reels, and community interactions.

Work closely with the sales team to align digital campaigns with business goals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Lead Generation: Number of qualified leads generated through digital platforms

Engagement Metrics: Growth in followers, reach, impressions, and engagement rate

Content Output: Consistency and quality of posts, reels, creatives, and campaigns

Lead Response Time: Timely response to inquiries on social media and WhatsApp

Webinar Participation: Number of leads invited vs attended from digital campaigns

Conversion Support: Contribution of digital leads to sales closures

Brand Visibility: Improvement in brand presence across digital platforms

Campaign Performance: Performance of paid or organic campaigns (if applicable)
