Spares to be used or issued on a need basis after approval from the concerned CUSTOMERConfiguration of printers, scanners, etc.Configuration of internet settings and proxy settingsConfiguration of mail clients and troubleshooting mail client related issuesTroubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop OS issuesTroubleshooting printer/scanner related issues at users desktop/laptop and reporting hardware issues to vendors
