Design Engineer - Full Time

We are looking for a Design Engineer to join our team in Chakan, Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and a graduate degree.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating new designs and improving existing ones. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet client requirements and industry standards. You will use computer-aided design (CAD) software to develop detailed drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Creating Design Prototypes:** Develop and refine innovative designs through sketches and CAD models to meet functional and aesthetic criteria.

- **Testing and Evaluation:** Conduct tests on prototypes to assess performance, safety, and usability, making necessary adjustments based on feedback.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless product development from concept to production.

- **Documentation:** Prepare comprehensive documentation for all design processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and facilitating future improvements.

Candidates should possess strong technical skills in design software and a solid understanding of engineering principles. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential. You should also be a team player, capable of working collaboratively in an office setting.

This position is full-time and requires a male candidate to work on-site in our Chakan office.
