�� prepare design calculations for as per asme standards

�� prepare product drawings 3d models or p&ids at offer stage for customer approval

�� prepare quality assurance plan and submit to customer

�� prepare details bill of material and release produced order through

�� smooth execution of the project within schedule by tracking follow - up form productions department & develop or recommend change if any for manufacturing process.

�� good observations and linguistics skills

�� develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.

�� design new engineering products and processes

�� draft models and drawings of products using cad

�� research new product ideas and methods

�� improve existing products and processes

�� maintain accurate records

�� ensure products are user- and environment-friendly

�� write detailed reports

�� find creative design solutions to problems

�� good hands-on experience on solidworks.
