Urgent Requirement For Design Engineer

K9HR SOlUTIONS, Nidhi Jethva(HR Manager - Mo. No. | Email ID : ) is looking for a Design Engineer for a rotavator and farm equipment manufacturing company creates 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using CAD software, designs gearboxes and rotary tines, tests prototypes, and optimizes heavy sheet metal assemblies for durability, soil performance, and cost-effective mass production.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Design & Modeling: Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings for rotavators, gearboxes, chassis frames, and tines/blades using CAD tools like Solid Edge ,SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.

Component Optimization: Design robust transmission systems (side gear/chain drives, multi-speed gearboxes) and select appropriate boron or alloy steels for high-stress tillage blades.

Prototyping & Testing: Build functional prototypes, conduct field performance tests under heavy soil conditions, and evaluate structural stress points or failure modes (DFMEA/FEA analysis).

Manufacturing Support: Generate Bill of Materials (BOM), resolve shop-floor assembly and sheet-metal fabrication issues, and support CNC/VMC machining processes.

Cost & Quality Control: Value-engineer existing farm implements to reduce production expenses while meeting national and international safety/quality standards.
