We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.

ROLE AND RESPONIBILITIES

To Manage sales operations in your assigned district to achieve revenue goals.

To Supervising the sales growth of your team members on daily basis & provide guidance wherever needed.

To Identify skill gaps & conduct trainings to sales team.

To Work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits

To Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and terminations activities
