8. assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to demat account operations in a timely and professional manner.

9. participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

10. collaborate with other departments, such as compliance and operations, to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.
