1. Assist clients in opening demat accounts and completing necessary documentation.2. Educate clients on the benefits and features of demat accounts, as well as investment opportunities available through the platform.3. Provide personalized assistance and support to clients regarding account queries, transactions, and account maintenance.4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional financial products or services.5. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new products to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to demat account operations.7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account details in the company database.8. Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to demat account operations in a timely and professional manner.9. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.10. Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance and operations, to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.
