Sourcing trainer profiles
To create and execute trainer upskilling plan
Coordinate with internal operations team, IT team and customer to setup the training delivery.
Coordination and Delivery of Training including Pre and Post Training activities
Measure the effectiveness of the training program and plan improvement methods as required
Create Public schedule
Maintain and share the daily and weekly reports on trainer calendar
Ensuring and reminding trainers to collect feedback in each training class.
Ensuring feedback as per norms strive to improve the feedback
Join customer tech calls with trainers and provide them with resolutions / training scheduling options. Coordinate between trainer and customer to set the expectations and schedule the training program
Research curriculum actively and remain up to date on developments and current trends.
Respond to escalations and requests from customers and provide after-sales support
Maintain strong inter-personal communication skills.
In addition, you will support the People Operations teams across our range of venues in the design and delivery of learning and development activities for major events.
