• plan and implement a training plan to cover both current and future needs
• maintaining positive relationships with customers
• ensure the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
• sourcing trainer profiles
• to create and execute trainer upskilling plan
• coordinate with internal operations team, it team and customer to setup the training delivery.
• coordination and delivery of training including pre and post training activities
• measure the effectiveness of the training program and plan improvement methods as required
• create public schedule
• maintain and share the daily and weekly reports on trainer calendar
• ensuring and reminding trainers to collect feedback in each training class.
• ensuring feedback as per norms strive to improve the feedback
• join customer tech calls with trainers and provide them with resolutions / training scheduling options. coordinate between trainer and customer to set the expectations and schedule the training program
• research curriculum actively and remain up to date on developments and current trends.
• respond to escalations and requests from customers and provide after-sales support
• maintain strong inter-personal communication skills.
• in addition, you will support the people operations teams across our range of venues in the design and delivery of learning and development activities for major events.
