We are seeking a confident and persuasive Delegate Relation Executive responsible for identifying, inviting, and engaging high-profile business leaders and entrepreneurs to participate in corporate events and forums.

Invite delegates and liaise with them for event participation.

Handle communication and coordination with high-profile business leaders.

Identify relevant entrepreneurs and industry leaders aligned with event objectives.

Conduct company profiling before outreach to ensure targeted engagement.

Build and maintain a strong database of industry professionals.

Make outbound calls, send formal invitations, and follow up consistently.

Coordinate with internal teams to align delegate participation with event goals.

Maintain accurate records of outreach and confirmations.

Education & Qualification - Bachelors in any discipline with 3-4 years' experience.

We prefer candidates who reside closer to our office location.
