Key Job Responsibilities:
Enter and update customer data accurately in Axis Bank’s internal banking systems
Verify KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Address Proof, etc.) and upload records as per RBI guidelines
Maintain daily records of account opening, CASA forms, loan files, and service requests
Ensure correctness of data related to customer profiles, transactions, and documentation
Coordinate with branch staff for data corrections and missing information
Generate MIS reports and daily status reports for branch operations
Maintain confidentiality and security of customer and bank data
Assist in back-office banking operations and administrative tasks
Follow Axis Bank compliance, audit, and data security policies strictly
Skills Required:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Internet)
Good typing speed with accuracy
Attention to detail
Basic understanding of banking terms (preferred)
Ability to work under deadlines
