Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Entering data into databases and maintaining accurate records: The primary task is to enter various types of data accurately into the database to ensure data integrity.

2. Organizing files and collecting data to be entered: Before inputting data, you will need to organize files and collect the necessary information for data entry.

3. Checking for data accuracy and correcting any errors: Regularly reviewing entered data to check for inaccuracies and correcting any mistakes to maintain data quality.

4. Generating reports and responding to inquiries: Using the entered data to generate reports as needed and responding to any inquiries related to the data entered.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft Excel.

- Strong organizational skills to manage files and information effectively.
