Job Title: Computer Operator / Office Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Fill online government forms such as PAN Card, Aadhaar update, Voter ID, Passport, etc.

Assist customers visiting the office for various online services.

Scan and upload documents on government portals.

Handle basic computer work like printing, scanning, and data entry.

Maintain records of applications and documents.

Provide good customer service and guide people about available services.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of computers and internet.

Ability to type in Hindi and English.

Knowledge of MS Word, basic online portals, and document scanning.

Good communication skills and polite behavior with customers.

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass
