Key Responsibilities:
1. Basic Computers: Ability to navigate and use basic computer functions such as typing, saving files, and browsing the internet.
2. Back Office Processing: Handling administrative tasks related to data entry, record keeping, and file management.
3. English Typing: Proficiency in typing accurately and efficiently in the English language.
4. Copy Editing: Checking and correcting errors in written documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
5. MS Office Package: Familiarity with Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for data entry and document creation.
6. Hindi Typing: Proficiency in typing accurately and efficiently in the Hindi language.
7. Non Voice Process: Handling data entry tasks through written communication rather than verbal interaction.
8. Data Management: Organizing and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and other digital records.
9. Computer Operations: Basic knowledge and understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software.
10. Data Processing: Sorting, entering, and manipulating data to generate reports or insights.
