Walk-In Interview For Data Entry Operator - Vapi

Job Summary: Responsible for data entry, warehouse coordination, and floor supervision to ensure accurate records and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily data entry of inward/outward shipments

Maintain stock registers and MIS reports

Coordinate with floor staff for picking, packing, and dispatch

Ensure documentation accuracy (GRN, invoices, POD)

Support inventory audits and reconciliation

Monitor discipline and productivity on the warehouse floor

Requirements:

1€“3 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations

Working knowledge of Excel

Basic inventory understanding
