Hiring for 5 Warehouse Supervisor Jobs in Bavla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat,Vapi, Gujarat, with minimum 1 Year Experience,Required Educational Qualification is : Diploma or Any Bachelor Degree with Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, FIFO, Warehouse Operations, Inventory, Outbound Logistics etc.RESPONSIBILITY: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse personnel, including scheduling work shifts, assigning tasks, and monitoring productivity. Ensure the accurate receipt, verification, and proper storage of material, maintaining inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventory checks. Oversee the picking, packing, and dispatch processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Train and mentor warehouse personnel on proper handling, storage, and packaging techniques for material. Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and customer service, to ensure efficient order processing and resolve any inventory-related issues. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor, optimizing space utilization and implementing effective layout strategies. Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.SKILLS: Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the spare parts & Oil Engine industry. Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management. Time management skills and the ability to delegate. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
