We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our team in Nadia. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented and can handle data entry tasks efficiently in a full-time office setting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Data Input:** Accurately enter data into the computer systems or databases from various sources to ensure timely and reliable records.
- **Data Verification:** Check and confirm the accuracy of the entered data by cross-referencing it with original documents or files, helping to maintain data integrity.
- **Document Management:** Organize and maintain files and documents, both in physical and digital formats, for easy access and retrieval.
- **Report Generation:** Assist in preparing reports based on the entered data, providing valuable insights and summaries for team members.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to resolve any data discrepancies and improve data entry processes.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
- A minimum of a 12th-grade education is required. Candidates with relevant experience (0-2 years) are preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Good typing skills with a focus on speed and precision, with familiarity in using MS Office, especially Excel.
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clarify data-related issues.
