Hiring Fresher / Data Entry Operator / 12th Pass

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive to accurately enter, update, maintain, and manage company data and records. The candidate should have good computer knowledge, typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with spreadsheets and other office software.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems, software, Excel sheets, and databases.

Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.

Maintain and organize digital and physical records and documents.

Prepare Excel reports, summaries, and other required data reports.

Perform data cleaning, checking, and correction of errors or duplicate entries.

Handle invoices, purchase records, sales data, inventory records, customer information, or other business-related data as required.

Scan, upload, and organize documents and files.

Coordinate with internal departments to collect and update required information.

Maintain confidentiality and security of company information.

Complete assigned data entry tasks within the required timelines.

Assist with general administrative and office-related work when required.
