Game Performance Analytics: Analyse the performance of slot games across the platform to optimise game mechanics and player engagement.

Responsibilities include:

-Track game performance metrics including RTP (Return to Player), hit frequency, and volatility indices

-Monitor spin frequency, average bet size, and session duration per game

-Identify top-performing titles and flag underperforming games with root-cause analysis

-Evaluate feature usage: bonus round trigger rates, free spin conversion, and gamble feature adoption

-Build game performance scorecards that rank titles by revenue contribution, engagement and retention impact

Player Behaviour Analysis: Study how players interact with games and the platform to drive engagement and reduce churn.

Responsibilities include:

-Analyse player session patterns, retention cohorts, and churn triggers

-Calculate and track player lifetime value (LTV) across segments

-Build player segmentation models: high-value, at-risk, dormant, and reactivation candidates

-Map the player journey from first deposit through long-term engagement

-Identify betting pattern anomalies and behavioural signals that predict churn or high-value conversion

Revenue & Monetisation Analysis: Analyse revenue metrics to improve platform performance and inform commercial strategy.
