Job Description

Job Title: Data Analyst

Department: Data & Analytics / Business Intelligence / IT

Location: Sushant Golf City, Lucknow

Reports To: Data Manager / Analytics Lead / Business Intelligence Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to support decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights and reporting trends that drive business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

-Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

-Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights that support business decisions.

-Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (., marketing, finance, operations) to understand data requirements and deliver customized reports.

-Create and maintain documentation related to data sources, methodologies, and report definitions.

-Develop and automate routine data reporting processes.

-Conduct ad hoc analyses and present findings in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders.

-Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements to business processes based on data findings.

-Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

-1 years of experience in a data analysis or similar role.

Preferred Skills:

rience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

liarity with predictive analytics and machine learning concepts.
