Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Administrator to help manage and maintain our data records. This part-time position is ideal for freshers and offers the flexibility of working from home.

As a Data Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

1. **Data Entry**: Inputting information into our databases accurately and promptly to ensure that all records are up-to-date.

2. **Data Management**: Organizing and maintaining data files, ensuring they are easy to access and retrieve when needed.

3. **Quality Control**: Regularly checking data for accuracy and completeness to resolve any discrepancies or errors.

4. **Reporting**: Generating basic reports as required to assist in team decision-making and performance tracking.

To be successful in this role, you should have basic computer skills and proficiency in using office software like word processors and spreadsheets. A keen eye for detail is essential for ensuring data accuracy. Since this role requires effective communication, the ability to follow instructions and ask questions when unclear is important.

You should be organized and capable of managing your time well, as this role involves meeting deadlines while working independently from home. A positive attitude toward learning and adapting to new tasks will also contribute to your success as a Data Administrator.
