mega walk- in drive - hiring for international voice process customer support.

we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a customer support associate for our international blended process. this role involves handling customer interactions through voice, providing excellent service and resolving queries efficiently.

key responsibilities-

provide voice-based support to international customers.

handle and resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.

comfortable working in rotational night shifts including night shifts.

adhere to process requirements and achieve performance targets.

excellent english communication skills (verbal and written).

salary range: 18,000 to 30,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

shift: rotational night shift with 2 rotational offs per week

education hsc / grad fresher or experience will do.
