& Hindi both.

âž¡ Should be interested in B2C Products

âž¡ Should be able to empathise with users.

âž¡ Must have basic knowledge about mobile technology.

âž¡ Must enjoy playing games

âž¡ Good computer skills are must

Roles & Responsibilities:

âž¡ Understanding, solving and replying to the player's queries on email, Play

Store reviews, or any other medium.

âž¡ Should become the voice of customer to the Product team

âž¡ Gathering deep knowledge of our games and keeping yourself updated about

new features released.

âž¡ Communicating player's issues with the Product and Tech team regularly and

clearly to get them resolved.
