should solve the customer queries.

should handle 45 to 50 calls/day

should have customer orientation.

should provide accurate information to the customer as per the guideline of the client.

eligibility:

*excellent communication skills in english and hindi.

any graduate and under graduate.

experience in domestic bpo would be an added advantage.

freshers are also welcome.

compensation and benefits:

ctc for freshers- lpa (/- ctc)+incentives.

ctc for 1-2 years of exp- lpa (/-ctc) + incentives.

ctc for 2-3 years of exp- lpa( - ctc)+ incentives.

esi (health insurance) & pf facility.

salary: ₹15, - ₹17, per month
