Designation : Customer Support Associate

We are currently hiring for Hindi-Speaking Customer Care Representative to join our team. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in Hindi and be available for immediate joining.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Graduation or Post Graduation preferred

Mandatory Language Skills: Must be fluent in Hindi, English, Tamil and Telugu.

Preferred Skills: Ability to communicate in an additional regional language is a strong advantage and in Customer sales / Retail / Customer Support

Experience: Welcoming Experienced and Fresher candidates with up to 1 year of Voice Process experience.

Must be available to commit to a 6-day work week and demonstrate flexibility regarding shifts/scheduling.
